Job Title: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Intech Maintenance Solutions, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of various residential properties under our care. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all systems and equipment are in proper working order. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

● Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues in residential properties.

● MUST have demonstrable expertise in various plumbing systems, adept at resolving complex issues with technical proficiency and precision. Including septic and well systems.

● Respond promptly to maintenance requests from homeowners and address them in a timely and efficient manner.

● Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems in residential settings.

● Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory management.

● Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate larger repair and maintenance projects for residential properties.

● Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

● Communicate effectively with homeowners and colleagues regarding

maintenance-related matters.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is desirable.

● Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a single family residence setting.

● Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential properties.

● Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of equipment and components.

● Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

● Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and

homeowners.

● Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

● Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

● Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
